Terms & Conditions

The rules of membership that keep the Club welcoming, fair and well run for every member.

These terms apply to every member, dependent and guest of Meenaa's Millionaire Club® and to everyone who uses this website. They sit alongside the Club's bye-laws and the rules displayed at each club house.

01Admission & eligibility

  1. 1.1

Membership is by invitation and referral. Every application must be proposed and seconded by existing members or by persons approved by the Governing Body.

  2. 1.2

The Governing Body (“the Committee”) has absolute discretion to accept, defer or decline any application, without being obliged to give reasons.

  3. 1.3

Primary members must be at least 21 years of age. Applicants may be asked for identity, address, professional, service or company documents relevant to their category.

  4. 1.4

Categories marked “subject to eligibility” or “subject to service verification” are confirmed only after the documents are verified.

  5. 1.5

Membership is personal. It may not be lent, sold, sub-let or used by anyone other than the member and the dependents registered with the Club.

02Membership contributions

  1. 2.1

Contributions shown on this website are one-time admission contributions in Indian Rupees. GST and any other applicable taxes are charged in addition.

  2. 2.2

Admission contributions are non-refundable once membership is approved, except where the Club itself is unable to offer the category applied for.

  3. 2.3

Membership gives access to club facilities and services only. It is not an investment, deposit, share or security, and carries no promise of returns, interest or resale value.

  4. 2.4

Annual subscriptions, facility charges, staff welfare contributions and other recurring charges, where applicable, are billed separately as notified by the Club.

  5. 2.5

The Club may revise contributions and charges for new applicants at any time. Revisions do not affect contributions already paid.

  6. 2.6

Payments are accepted only through the Club’s official accounts after written confirmation from the Secretary. The Club is not responsible for payments made in any other way.

03Branches & reciprocal access

  1. 3.1

Branch access depends on the membership category: All-India (19 places), South (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai — 7 places), West (Mumbai, Ahmedabad — 6 places) or North & East (Delhi, Kolkata — 6 places), or as stated against the category.

  2. 3.2

Places open in phases. Facilities differ between places and are finalised for each location.

Use of guest rooms, private dining, halls and visits to places outside a member’s own circuit require advance booking and are subject to availability.

  4. 3.4

Reciprocal arrangements with other clubs, where offered, are governed by the rules of the host club and may be limited in number of days per year.
